Patrick Foley (Cont.)

an active member of the CRP’s Youth Aging Out workgroup.  After a career of managing hotels, Patrick now works as the Program Manager of DC’s Family & Youth Initiative’s Open Table program, which works with young adults who have aged out of DC foster care without being adopted or reunited with family.  In addition, Patrick is a co-facilitator of the CFSA foster parent licensing process.  He is a past Chair of the CFSA Parents Advisory Committee; member of the Foster and Adoptive Parents Advocacy Council; member of the CFSA LGBTQ outreach task force; member of the DC Courts Education Committee for Juvenile PINS and Neglect cases; and a former Court Appointed Special Advocate.
